Tony Flores was stationed at Fort Carson as a junior Army officer and then served in Virginia, Germany, and Iraq.
After leaving military service he became a General Manager for Home Depot and ran stores in Virginia. His leadership skills became focused on operational management and creating a culture of customer service. He developed an appreciation for the small business contractor community, always striving to create a win-win relationship.
He and his wife, Holly Flores, and two daughters moved back to Colorado Springs in 2009 to settle down and raise a family. His daughters are figure skaters.
